    Came exactly as described and a day faster. Only fault, and it's not a complaint, is the lettering is crooked by about 2 degrees. Machining happens and I don't think anyone but the wearer would notice without looking closely. I'll be back when I lose these. Thanks!

    The tags are of good quality and the response to fulfill the order quite fast (although it needed to be redone) Nothing spelled wrong but 2 tags were not included. Customer service via email was quick and is resolving issue.

    embossing needs to be deeper

    Embossing should be a lot deeper. Other sets from other companies, much nicer.

    Shallow depth

    The embossing is very shallow. Having military dog tags I guess my expectations were a little high. I am concerned that the embossing will wear off in time. I am using these for luggage tags so there will be heavier wear on them. Also, when I input my information for the tags, I intentionally skipped the first line for centering (I only had 3 lines of text). They did not come that way. They will work, but certainly not what was expected or asked for.
